Psychotherapy
I am in my early 30s and I had this horrible realisation that I wasn't happy. I wasn't happy with myself, my health, my body, my relationship or my work. I had been through a traumatic few years and actually felt very lost. Jack gave me a safe and supportive space to explore who I am and what really matters to me. I realised that I had a lot of horrible and destructive ideas about myself, I wasn't a friend to myself and could be very cruel to myself. Jack helped me challenge these beliefs, through being really honest with myself and figuring out what my values were I started to get excited about the future again. I am now in a place where I feel like I am my own best friend, rather than an enemy! I still have a lot to work to do, but Jack has given me the tools to carry on without him, therapy really has changed my life.

Coaching
I worked with Jack for 6 months. I was feeling lost and didn't realy have a direction in life. I was in my late 20's, living at home and wasn't working or in education. I had a really tough time when I was younger and worked with a lot of mental health people, so I didn't want to go over everything again. We decided we would do a different kind of therapy. Jack set me lots of tasks to do, some of them were fun and some of them were really hard. We worked on figuring out what I wanted to do and how to get there. I finally felt like I had a plan and I was in control. Thanks Jack, for helping me take charge of my own life again!
